Staff is exceptional! When I arrived, there was a ticking noise in my ceiling fan. I mentioned it to the front desk and it was immediately taken care of. Room was cleaned each morning and my balcony faced the sun so it was just lovely! I will be returning next year too!

Amazing location right off Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and so many shops and restaurants on site as well as on the boardwalk. Heated pools, one hot tub, exercise room, and spa w/ massage and other services on site. We so loved our stay here during the cold weather, we would love to come back later for free beach service, ect.

He asked if we needed a fridge too because they only had a beverage cooler in room and we stayed multiple nights. Very nice. I wish they had more food specials in their restaurants as I didn’t need a large meal all the time.
