The staff are not that courteous on the front desk to the point of being rather rude. The breakfast area gets pretty busy with long lines. A positive is that the room is spacious with good facilities and a large shower. We used the shuttle to the cruise port which was a bit of a challenge as they had to change vans and left my husbands hand luggage on behind. They managed to get it to us before we boarded but it was a stressful journey. Would not stay here again. At $270 plus parking there are better hotels.

The hotel itself was nice & clean. The only downside for me personally was the breakfast. As a breakfast lover I was disappointed & hoped for more than what was available. Other than that no other “complaints”.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold options. Walking distance to Dania Pointe which has lots of food, shopping, and entertainment. About 1 mile from train station. I had problems using the free airport transfer. I ended up getting an Uber instead $20
