There were a couple of inconveniences with the room including many of the bathroom lights were burnt out including the magnifying makeup mirror. The room was beside the noisy ice and vending machines resulting in a patchy sleep.

Room is very clean, design & furniture are modern & very chic. Ample lightings in the room, toiletries smell good & area is accessible.

The place was clean. I kept asking for the bath gel to be refilled. Never got done. Ended up buying my own soap.

It is disappointing that what could have been a perfect stay, required a space heater brought to the room as the heat would not come on. Temperature in the room was in the mid-sixties until he space heater was able to bring the temperature to a more liveable low to mid seventies. The weather was unseasonably cold. I believe the decision was made by management or maintenance staff to switch the equipment to a air conditioning status too soon. that is my understanding of what happens in some facilities. You know the hotel is too cold when the front desk staff had a heating fan behind the front desk for the duration of my 3 day stay.

Rooms needs a refresh .
