I don’t write many reviews but this hotel was amazing for being an “airport” hotel. The rooms are large and very clean. The have a happy hour included with your room and breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Now , let me talk about the staff. Their customer service is beyond amazing. Smiling, helpful and I witnessed on multiple occasions them remembering customers names. The hostess at the breakfast was so nice. She never stops, if she’s not greeting the guest, she grabs towel and wipes down tables, around the breakfast area. Makes sure if anyone needs anything at the tables. Honestly, I recommend everyone to come here.

Large clean & comfortable rooms. Great view of planes from YYZ depending on your room and which runways are in use. Excellent breakfast with many hot items and an omelette station. Service in the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast options were constantly checked & replenished as needed and everything was very clean. In the evening, the server ‘Sayim’ did a fantastic job. They were understaffed and he was a one man show working really hard and taking care of a packed dining room. Great job!
