As always had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are so big and handy to have a separate bedroom. Shower was amazing !!!!. Very clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Hotel also close to several restaurants.

Wonderful front desk staff Ohla (?) was wonderful. The ladies at the breakfast were very cheerful and helpful. My only issue with the room was it isn’t very dark…the roll up blinds were damaged at the sides and there are no longer curtains….lots of lights coming through

We have stayed here numerous times, twice a year, two rooms for a week each time. Every very time little declines occurred. This last time was our last. Housekeeping didn’t close our door so one of our team returned to the door open. Their apology was a tiny bag of chips and a chocolate bar. We had to ask for towels endless times. The Last night she took the dirty towels and left no replacements and when we called down she said she was alone so couldn’t help us. Our employee in the other room arrived to a pile of garbage left in the room. Dumped on the floor. Just odd. Garbage was often missed during cleaning . Fridge was broken (replaced promptly though). Oh and if you’re a gold member like us you get a paper bag with another tiny bag of lays original chips.

This was our first stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. The complimentary shuttles arrived on time, and the drivers on both occasions were pleasant. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was pleasant and efficient. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and meticulously clean. We enjoyed the welcome happy hour that included two free drinks and fresh and plentiful snacks. Supper in the restaurant was also good, and the next morning's complimentary breakfast included both hot and cold items that were fresh and delicious. The wait staff members during the evening and the morning were pleasant and attentive. Overall, we were very impressed with our stay and would highly recommend this property. We were also impressed when we received a pleasant reply from the duty manager to a review we had left directly with the hotel.

Great place to stay. Excellent shuttle from the airport. Free welcome drink and munchies in a lovely atmosphere. Restaurant food is awesome. Beds are comfortable and clean. Staff is always top notch.
