Check in was atrocious almost an hour. Not enough staff. The room was beside the elevator shaft and was dingy. Lots of noise on the floor during the evening and even had the back up beeper of a garbage truck in the early hours. Would not recommend this hotel.

First of all, we waited an hour just to check in and then didn't get the room we paid for. Second, I got a phone call from front desk saying they recieved a noise complaint, which wasn't even from our room at 10:00pm which woke us up. And whoever initially complained about the noise wasn't wrong, because our floor was loud all night up until 1-2am. When I proceeded to complain to the front desk, nothing was done about it. I'm super disappointed.

Multiple calls to front desk by myself and other guests regarding unruly guests. The solution was to move my room at 2am. When I spoke with the manager about this option, I said if I am the one forced to move I will not be paying for the stay. He agreed and came hisself and moved my room. At checkout, I was informed I would only be given a partial discount on the stay.

Waited 1.5 hours for airport shuttle and tried to call 3 times to the hotel and no answer. Had to take a taxi at my expense. Room we had was very loud, roust and loud guests banging doors, loud and frequent elevator doors opening and closing
