First, the pros- the bed was very comfortable and the staff were pleasant. Cons- they were unable to give me a room access card upon check in, the programmer was not working, I received my card about an hour later. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. There were no towels available in the towel rack in either the gym or the pool/spa rooms.

Great soft bedsheets. The lumpiest pillows I've ever used need to refresh. Convenient shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Something wrong with the heaters had to us AirCon in the middle of winter to cool the room

The hotel is directly on the flight path and the jets come in low and directly over the hotel. But it stops around 11. You have to book the shuttle for the morning, but thenu know you have a spot.

Nice place with great bar/ grill but it’s directly under the landing flight path for Pearson. All night long planes so low above the hotel it rattles the bed . No sleep at all .
