The morning front desk attendant was terrible at the time of checkout. Refused to give receipt of paid bill. Stated the system is down, while he was on the computer. Stated they will send an emai. It’s 2 weeks now and no e-mail, no receipt.

We arrived at 11:20 AM, and while we've stayed at this property before and had a wonderful experience, there was a small issue with another customer that briefly held up the line (less than 10 minutes). The manager was very apologetic for the wait and kindly offered us an upgrade. It turned out to be an amazing experience, and it made for a lovely pre-Valentine’s Day celebration for my husband and me!.

Lovely hideaway

Hotel rooms were bigger than i expected and very clean, not even stains on the sheets like most other hotels have. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the onsite restaurants in the casino weren't too ezpensive either.
