The room was very clean and spacious, and lots of natural light. Room service for some of the restaurants wasn’t available until after 5pm, but there is a decent selection. Hallways were quiet even though it was quite a busy place. We parked in the main lot so it was busy with casino patrons as well, and is a fair walk inside to the elevators if you have a bit to carry, but overall is manageable. They do have a valet option that we just chose not to make use of. This was our first time staying here, but would certainly look forward to coming back again.

I had loads of issues with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as I was told something over the phone couple of days before I arrived and by email and when I was doing my checked out the Manager at the reception (not a very polite lady) told me that I should have read the board at the reception with the new pick-up point. My stay was good apart of the shuttle issue and the rudeness of the Manager at the front desk and for this reason I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at the Casino Resort on two occasions now, and haven't been disappointed either time. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The free parking is very much appreciated, as is the coffee maker and water in the room. I will be back.

The room was not super clean.. I found used Bobbi Pins in the bathroom and the room had clearly not been vaccummed. There were no luggage carts available and the staff were generally unconcerned. The room was spacious but the lack of storage, hooks etc for clothing was basically non existent. For rooms that big maybe provide another dresser.. some wall hooks etc.. a table would have been appreciated as well. Don't get me started on the bathroom Lighting.

The room is really nice, clean, great view. But, the TV remote was missing, there was no soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't any body lotion. The bed was comfortable, lots of good pillows. Good blackout drapes. The best part is to be able to stay onsite and avoid the traffic after the show.
