I don't know why this hotel has so many bad reviews, I guess it's the casino? If you don't care about casinos then it's a great place to stay before an early flight. Rooms are quiet and clean. Beds could be more comfortable.

My wife and I did not care for the food in the Casual (sp?) Dining area. It was no better than a fast food, but pricier. It turned us off from trying food in the other restaurant. We did very much enjoy our slices of pizza from Pizzaioli! Excellent taste, wide range of choices, & service. Front desk people at hotel were excellent, patient and helpful.

Worse service from all the stuff

The costumer service awful, all one super bad attitude, they were basically acting as enemy’s, 0 friendly, you were asking for some help in smethnic and the situation only getting worse. Very bad, I stayed multiple days enough for know that was not just a bad day, just they are mean.
