Ontario Winery Accommodation

Price was good for down town Toronto, we had a suite with lots of space and very quiet. Hotel restaurant is excellent, and the location is great. We will return.

All what's clean the restaurant staff were great, evwryone was i had a small issue when checking in asked where the parking was.And the guy , instead of explaining it just handed me a card and said google it, so I did , and when I got there and my g p s said , I arrived , I pulled into a parking garage with four other guests that were in front of me so two other carloads , and none of our cards worked in the elevator, i found out when checking out the cards didn't work in the elevator because we're all in the wrong parking garage because when google says you've arrived , there's a couple side by side , we went to the first one because it said hotel parking and because google said "you have arrived", better instructions from the guy at front desk would have been nice...explaining just that!

Awesome stay!

We had something fall out of the ceiling in the bathroom overnight that fell into the tile floor and was so loud it woke us all up. We were unable to control the temperature in our room after multiple attempts to play with the thermostat. We paid for a balcony room and were given a room with a door that opened with a gate in front of it. You could not step outside. From the 9th floor you will have some trees in the way of your fall views. For the money, it was not worth it.
