This property is pretty dated, as are all of the items in the room - from the mismatched desk chairs to the lamps to the hair dryer in the bathroom. The elevators are SO SLOW, there’s no restaurant, and you can hear when people above you run water. However, the location is great - you can walk to St. Mike’s hospital, the Eaton Centre, Massey Hall, Dineen Coffee Co, etc. in minutes. The staff is great, the place is clean and it’s fairly quiet considering it’s right downtown. The relatively low prices and location make it worth it. You can find more updated hotels nearby but you’ll pay significantly more per night.

Didn’t clean our room despite being out 12-4 and 6:30-12:30. Gave us trouble getting into hotel on our return saying a guest was unregistered, when we had registered the 2 guests that we booked for. Really ridiculous.
