We arrived 4 hours early, leave home early because of the incoming snow storm. We were allowed to check in to our room at 12:15 and full access to the hotel. This place is great, right in the downtown core and walking distance to lot of tourist sites. It is very great that you can walking into the path system of downtown Toronto without going outside and go most places dry and warm in the downtown core

The room was clean, breakfast, was great with many options, hot tub and sauna was relaxing after a cold winter day...but the Best part of staying here, was the staff!!! The breakfast was crowded. It was not organized at all. We saw a table and took it, but then came the waitress saying there was a queue (non-existent) and told someone else to occupy the table, basically telling to my son, my wife and me to get lost. Super poor experience, and very rude. We took it to the receptionist but I did not receive any solution just something like “too bad, so sad” from her that was insulting. It’s a pity because I considered myself a loyal customer but now I don’t know.

clean room and friendly staff. we stayed their twice. breakfast is nice as well. the only thing i can think of is the hotel could set a friendly reminder for all the guests that they should not wear nightgowns and sleepers to the dinning room for breakfast.
