The room was nice and clean. The staff are nice, especially at the front desk. The location is good, very near the Eaton Centre. I recommend it and for sure will stay there on my next trip to Toronto.

Room was noisy from street traffic, the hotel wasn't aware when i booked that i had breakfast included, so no breakfast as vip member, happened last nov when i booked,,i was to receive bottle of wine but they were not aware, hotels.com not forwarding these vip perks to hotel,

The hotel was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was great and the amenities like the sauna and whirlpool were clean and maintained. The location is situated in just blocks away from city hall and all the places for a foodie.
