I stayed at the Hyatt Fallsview for one night and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, making it easy to unwind. Even though my stay was short, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

It was our first stay here and I can honestly say it was excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful; from the parking attendants to the front desk and check in was quick. Our room was a city view and didn’t disappoint. It was extremely clean and the towels were so soft and fluffy. The temperature in the hallways was refreshingly cool and easy to control in the room. Although this hotel is located a little further from Clifton Hill it is definitely worth booking and staying here. The Starbucks on premises is a bonus for my morning coffee necessity too! We will definitely be returning to this location.

Amazing staff. I had an issue with my credit card and without asking them, the front desk and manager were already helping me correct it. To my surprise they upgraded my room to a Beautiful FALLSVIEW room. Room 4211....the view was absolutely BREATHTAKING!! For me travelling alone, location is huge. I was close to the Falls and Casino. Great Experience!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They did their best to assist with any requests. It would be even better if a discounted parking rate were available, as the parking access road is quite narrow and a bit difficult to navigate.

Stayed 1 night in a 2 bedroom (2 queen bed, 1 king bed) falls view room. The staff at from the front desk at check in to check out were friendly, accommodating and professional. The hotel has been renovated from the old embassy suites and looks great, the beds are comfy and the decor is nice. However, parking cost me $85 for on site and the A/C was off because they said they don’t turn it on until June? Therefore, we were all sweating all night as this was warm night in mid April. Also, I would recommend avoiding the STK restaurant in the hotel. Went for 4 of us and cost over $700 without alcohol and food was average at best.

Very clean and spacious rooms, which I appreciated. However, the walls are quite thin—neighbors returned around 2–3 AM and were loudly talking and partying, and the entire conversation was clearly audible. Unfortunately, this made for a poor night’s sleep. The hot tub was simple but still a pleasant spot to relax, though nothing particularly special. Overall, while the property has its positives, I’d be hesitant to stay again given the noise and the type of crowd it seemed to attract.

Beautiful hotel. Recently renovated. We were upgraded to a Presidential suite with an amazing view of the falls. Water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Some construction going on so it was a little noisy at times. They were having issues with the elevators also. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is under new ownership and has some construction going on but nice place . Loved the hot tub and pool

We were pressured to upgrade our room upon check-in. The room was spacious and we had a great view of both falls, but the hotel was in disarray. Most elevators were not working and there are over 40 floors, so it caused a lot of delays. Breakfast on our 3rd day changed to a new location (IHOP) and led to a 1-2 hour delay for food. We also didn’t know the hotel was changing from Embassy Suites to Hyatt until our last day. It might improve once renovations are done, but it would have even nice to have a heads up about the disruptions in advance.
