Very close to the Eaton Centre. Was about a 20 min walk to the Scotiabank Arena. Only had parking for small cars. We unfortunately had a truck and had to park a few blocks away. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Fast and efficient check in. Friendly first impressions. Complimentary snacks for checking in. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Kettle and coffee maker had some calcium build up and needs some cleaning. Good thing there were 2 kettles. Found the pillows very soft so we needed to use multiple for extra support. Pool was clean and decent size to bring the family. Breakfast was excellent. Getting there when they first open ensured the food wasn't dried out. There is an abundance of food options in the area and the fridge was convenient to have for some late night leftovers. Check out was just as smooth checking in. Would definitely return and reccomend.
