Lobby staff, the concierge and housekeeping were awesome. Helpful, accommodating and sorted out our needs easily. Our room was small for three with luggage etc so keep that in mind. Three of us with two double beds was pretty tight for room. Ok location. In house restaurant sees expensive but some good Asian and supermarket around.

Air conditioning unit in the room was too noisy. The room needs a bit more attention: the bed sheets weren’t clean (it looks like they weren’t replaced after the previous guest left), the carpet has unknown residues stuck to it, and the fabric on the chair beside the bed is stained. It’s also dusty, and many device cables are plugged into a single electrical outlet, which is a safety concern.

The king suite was amazing and laid out really well. It was clean and the rooms must have been sound proofed because we never heard our neighbours. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Many attractions were within a 20 minute walking distance.
