Check in/out process is easy and the property is conveniently located with direct access to Path and the subway. The room was clean and ready when we got there. The tv does not have any streaming services or capability so you have to chromecast from your own device if you want to watch something. You can hear everything in the hallway.

Well equipped room. It included a washer, dryer,and small dishwasher. Great view of the city. Restaurant had very good food. Didn’t like the toilet paper. Instead of a roll it was individual pieces that you pulled out of a dispenser.

We had booked 2 adults and 2 kids The sofa bed wasn’t made up. It took so long to get it made up we missed our reservation for dinner. Then they told us they were fully booked and wouldn’t have pillows for the sofa bed. The internet stated you had a pool and when you google it, it shows it listed as a pool but in reality it’s a hot tub which was disappointing to the kids.

Room was clean, and lobby was beautiful and entertaining but the room was small. Bathroom was less than a foot away from the bed, so if you required discretion think again. Even though there was no lineup, the guy at the front desk also rushed me through and I had to ask him to repeat and self save all times.
