We were woken up at 4am by a lot of noise in the hallway and it continued for about an hour. Called security and it finally ended. Restless night to say the least. The best the hotel could do for compensation was 20% off. For the price we paid for our room and parking, this was unacceptable. Do better, One King!!! Needless to say, we won't be back.

Check in was very easy and the desk person was easy to understand and knowledgeable. The room is good and the bed was comfortable. Some chipping on the coffee table and side tables. It's not luxurious and I wasn't expecting it to be but it was noticeable. I would stay there again as the location is superb and it is a solid 4stars.

Location is excellent and staff are very professional and friendly. The bar area is lovely - the building is old and the bar has a nostalgic, upmarket feel to it. Our room was large and spacious - but the window was small and high up, so you couldn’t see out of it and it made the room feel cave-like, which was not ideal.
