All personnel at the hotel were friendly, professional, & helpful. We loved the rooms because they were spacious & convenient in that they had all the amenities of a small apartments: kitchenette, fridge, &separate living area from the bedroom. The lobby space was also very effectively put to use; there's a cool bar area that always made the hotel feel 'happening'. Best of all, we were happy with the value for the money spent and a great location within a short walking distance of many of the must-see things for first-timers. All in all we'd recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel was very nice and clean. Has nice vibes and awesome food. The bellsman was extremely awesome. The one thing I did not like was limited parking for my small SUV. Had to park a little ways away. I wish the King bed was more comfortable.

Good: One King West hotel is close to Union Station and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel with our suitcases after getting off the UP Express from the airport. Good: The room was spacious with a little kitchen area, including a microwave. Bad: Did not get good sleep both nights because the room (22nd floor) was very warm and the air conditioning was noisy. We lowered the temperature to 20 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning unit was noisy and turned on every hour.
