I was greeted by an enthusiastic member on the front desk. Not only did they let me check in early, but gave me a complimentary extra 30minutes to vacate the room on the day of check out. They were also happy to advise about sporting events and how to acquire tickets. The room was nice, a comfortable bed and great views. Only downside in the room was the bath hadn’t been properly cleaned so when I ran a bath there was some dead skin in it (I ran a new one). I used the hotel bar, staff were great and it was showing some sports too. All in all a great stay, will happily return next time I’m in Toronto.

Bartender was very friendly. Steak frites and Gnocchi with truffles were delicious. Room was clean, great view of city and parts of waterfront. Breakfast options and coffee from Daily Ritual were very tasty, best almond croissant I have had.

Our Tower suite was big enough for 3 people, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view we had on the city and lake. The only thing to improve would be the kitchen’s equipment, which could have been more complete — with dishwashing soap and maybe a sponge. Even so, the staff is really friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic hotel, amazing location!

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. Steps away from the King subway station and connected to the underground PATH underground pedestrian system that accesses a large portion of downtown. Room was clean and comfortable. WIFI was great. Good value for the money. Will stay here again.
