Great location, especially given all the snow and cold! On the underground path system and right next to subway ans streetcars. Great room with views on three sides, very comfortable. Friendly staff and a nice bistro in the lobby.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city. Fast and friendly staff and service from the time we arrived check in was so seamless, our room was spotless and very clean. Very nice staff, at the bar and at the cantina very safe and quite. We had a wonderful time and took forward to returning

Room was fine. Guys at door were rude an unhelpful. They made me feel intrusive as we unloaded the vehicle and checked in. Bartender in past made you feel important. That was no the case this time. Waited for a table, while waiting went out for a smoke and lost our table. Was not impressed.
