This was my first time staying here and I would absolutely return. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We came for a concert and walked everywhere - I had no hesitation about walking to or from the hotel late at night. Our room was clean when we arrived and hotel staff were seamless in tidying during the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know travelling to Toronto.
