The staff are very outgoing and friendly, thanks to Rachel who helped us navigate to our destination. The hotel is nice and comfortable. The vault feature adds a nice historic touch. Close to everything, would definitely stay there again

The hotel was nice. Downtown hotel but construction very close which caused heavy traffic congestion during entire 4 night stay. Liked, great views from 28th floor, room had microwave, mini fridge stovetop, washer and dryer in room. Didn’t like no towels or water cups in fitness center and 1 floor only with ice machine.

This is such a winderful hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, quiet. Walking distance to everything. Including Union Station and Roger’s Center. We did not need a car during our stay at all! Definitely recommend.

The pullout bed was very difficult to maneuver. Bottled Water in the room would have been beneficial. Maybe some tea towels as there are dishes etc?

We stayed at One King West for the Morgan Wallen concert and it was a fantastic experience. From booking, to check in to check out, it was a comfortable experience. I ended up leaving an item in our room at check out, and the housekeeping staff quickly and successful responded to my call, found the item, and kept it save until I could arrange for it to be picked up! Thank you to your wonderful staff!

We stayed for 1 night to attend a concert. The staff at the hotel were very nice. Our biggest concern was the dirty linens. Two of our pillows had stains that looked like dried blood on them which was quite unpleasant. Besides that the stay overall was okay.

The location is great. The bed was very comfortable. The elevators are challenging and at one point we decided to walk down 15 floors. There are 49 floors in the tower and 3 active elevators. Lots of waiting. The gym is well equipped.
