Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and the building itself was full of character. The location was perfect for an event at Scotiabank Arena and the accessibility to the underground PATH was amazing and helped us get around easily in the cold winter weather. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The room smell like sulfur, the smell coming from the drains. The silverware was place under the sink :\ , no very hygienic. The rest was lovely and Mathew our bellhop was amazing :D
