Our stay here for 3 nights was wonderful- the only problem was the internet access was terrible. We were offered a different room for our last night stay but declined because of the hassle of packing and unpacking. The internet access was also spotty in the lobby. This made it more difficult to plan our outings. The concierge was helpful in assisting us. Hotel staff very polite. Great location in financial district/edge of entertainment district. Transportation right outside front door.

I stayed here unexpectedly when the trains were down for maintenance. I was feeling exhausted and a little unwell after a day of traveling home and had not checked the status of the GO trains. I discovered around dinner hour the line I needed had been shut down all weekend for track work and only buses were running and my traffic application was reporting multiple accidents on the highway. I could not stomach the thought of getting trapped on the 401 in Toronto traffic in a bus with no washroom while I didn't feel well. I looked up nearby hotels expecting them all to be unbelievably expensive. This one appeared with a room for less-than $200, with in-hotel dining options and it was within steps of the king subway station. I immediately booked it and do not regret it for a minute. I had a great stay, a good meal using the $20 off voucher the hotel gave me for dinner, and had a nice restful sleep. I was feeling a lot better by the next day and took a train home. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the hotel and room was given the price I paid.
