The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful trying to assist locating an event normally located at their property. Their help is greatly appreciated and is another reason why I stay here is because of how accommodating, helpful and nice the staff are every time. Staff in the restaurant are great! Food was quite tasty

The staff at the hotel was welcoming, polite and very helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy walking distance to the St. Lawrence Market and train station access through the lower level, it was easy and convenient to get around the city. The room itself was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed and wanted. We didn't even realize it included a washer/dryer but it was a fantastic cherry on top of the amenities. Would stay again!

Our room was very clean, the front desk staff were excellent. Our only issue was being locked out of our room at 11:30 pm after returning from a wedding reception. Went down to front desk and given new key cards, no luck. Went to front desk again and was accomoanied back to room by two employees, again no luck getting in. The door lock battery was dead. We sat on the floor outside of our room until maintenance arrived to change the battery. The employees were very apologetic, however this type of issue should never happen.

No water in the room stocked daily, get a higher floor not the historic rooms but the newer rooms on higher floors. No dining options def do not go to ritual cafe very overland the sandwiches taste like airplane food.
