Every part of our stay at this hotel was top shelf! The greeting by the valet, check in process, beautiful accommodations, and suggestions from the concierge all exceeded my expectations! I may not travel to Toronto often, but this will be where I stay!!

This hotel is just okay. It’s clean and service was prompt and friendly, but it feels very basic. Noisy plumbing, crappy prints on the wall, bad paint job (if you notice these kinds of details). The bar is in the middle of a busy lobby with people coming and going between two sections of tables. They tested fire alarms at 10am which felt rude considering check out is 11am. All in all very “meh” and I wouldn’t go back.
