The hotel is beautiful. The staff in all areas were wonderful. My only complaint is the rooms are dated and fairly small, with no sound proofing to neighboring rooms.

We stayed for one night as a family. It was our birthdays and Kendrick Lamar. We had a room with two double beds. The room is really small. No fridge. The bathroom is tiny. We didn’t get a birthday acknowledgment but I spoke to the front desk and they gave us a credit toward breakfast. Went to the Reign restaurant and breakfast was good and so was the server. However I went to the washroom in the restaurant and noticed that there was feces spread all over the floor. I didn’t notice until I started looking around to find the smell. I told the person at the front who sat us and she thanked me but I would have at least closed the washroom immediately. And checked in on the customer. I know it’s not their fault but it is a biohazard. Also shame on the person who dedicated on the floor.
