Our room was extremely clean. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety to choose from. I want to note that while my room was being cleaned, I entered the room from outside, knocked of course, and I asked housekeeping staff if I could grab my laptop from the room safe, and she asked me for my room card to verify. This was a great safeguard from housekeeping staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I loved this hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The he room was a bit dated or maybe the carpet just need a good cleaning and so does my he ottoman and much I could clearly see was dirty. The room is as cleaned everyday which I haven’t seen in awhile with other hotels. The pictures on Expedia is not completely accurate as the hotel does not have a bar which was disappointing to me. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Easy for us to get around on foot. Just 18 minutes to walk to the Royal Alexandra Theatre. Just 4 minutes to walk to an excellent Filipino restaurant called Makilala. Just 7minutes to walk to the St. Lawrence Market.

Breakfast was fresh though scrambled eggs and omelets were a bit underwhelming. However, they were hard boiled eggs as a suitable alternative. Good breakfast selection and appreciated. Rooms were clean and efficient. Front desk staff were extremely professional and welcoming.
