The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and welcoming and check in/out was simple and easy. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy, choice of pillows with extras in the wardrobe and the shower was hot and powerful. We enjoyed using the pool and steam room before check out in the morning. The only tiny problem that we had was that the car parking app didn't work; but the machine outside did, and the discount code to reduce parking to £8 for 24 hours was appreciated!

Great beds but skip the breakfast

This is a good place to stay, beds comfortable, helpful staff and easy access to the city and aiport. BUT do not bother with the breakfast buffet. I booked my room excluding breakfast but wanted to treat myself one day. Some treat! Most items from the hot buffet were dry and/or hard (how can you dry out a susage like that?) and the chilled buffet wasn't any better: 'sweaty' cheese but at the same time turning up the edges. And all for just under £20...

Travelled as a family of 4, with an 7/8 year old and 3 year old and it was such a wonderful experience. The staff, breakfast were great! The hotel is not far from the airport. Roughly a 30 min tram ride and walk to the hotel from tram station was about 5 mins. It’s a bit out in the middle of nowhere yet there was a shopping park nearby to include a grocery store. Location is perfect for travelers and not busy. It was peaceful. Would recommend for families who need to take their time with young children and not have to bustle everywhere.

Great hotel, great location great full stop

We use this hotel for a trip to Edinburgh, even though it’s on the outskirts it was a lovely hotel and if you were traveling to the airport, it would be so easy to get to the airport from this hotel as the tram stops right near to the hotel, I would recommend I use this hotel again

Lovely one night stay to visit the christmas markets in Edinburgh. Travelled as a family with a 5 year old. Hotel perfect. Used the swimming pools a few times during our stay and it was great. Easy access to Edinburgh via the tram which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Parking avaliable at the hotel for an additional fee. Had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely although slightly on the pricey side. Breakfast was great with a buffet with a wide selection of food and drinks. Staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Have stayed here a few times now. Hotel staff very friendly. Room perfect incl dressing robes, slippers, water, tea, coffee machine. Pool is just perfect. Also a new sauna which was fab!! Restaurant being refurbished which I did not know about until check but they have a function suite set up for dining. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment. Within walking distance for tram/train/bus!! Will defo stay again.

Great location for a business meeting. Close to the airport via tram and also city centre. The meeting buffet is the best from other locations. We always try and book here. Bedrooms are good too

It is a great hotel. Very clean and great services from the staff. It is a very convenient location, close to the airport and city center. The hotel also has great facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. Zhana at the guest service gave an outstanding service to us.

Great family hotel

This hotel is located ideally for getting around Edinburgh. There are shops across the road if you need anything. The rooms are so clean. The only negative comment I have is around the pool. Many of the guests don't obey rules making it dangerous, it could do with some staff supervision,
