I didnt manage to catch the name of the man who checked us in but he was lovely and super helpful. However it would have been good to know that there was construction work ongoing at the hotel - we were woken up at 8am with works going on right outside our ground floor room. I don’t understand the logic in putting guests in those rooms unless the hotel is fully booked? It was an accessible room that we didn’t need. For anyone staying in the near future - beware of construction works ongoing.
