The staff and food was amazing. The rooms were small but still good. The lobby, attitude, gym and pool were also great. My only complaint is the location. You have to walk 3 miles to seen any signs of life. Overall, very good.

We arrived to a friendly front desk - the nice wee (kids corner) was mentioned and we found it a smooth check in/out. Rooms and bathroom products at a pleasant standard. Swimming pool area basic/nice for kids for a quick swim. Tip: do ask for a quieter area if tour groups are in as their early morning check out can be noisy 6-8am in hallway. As a Holiday Inn member - a point system do give good perks

Viajamos en Familia para conocer Edinburgo y estuvimos muy comodos en este hotel! Si bien no está en el centro, está al lado del zoo y la zona es muy tranquila. La parada de micros está en la puerta, llegan muy rapido al centro y al aeropuerto. La espera es breve. El hotel está muy bien equipado, las camas cómodas, toallas suficientes, Pava electrica para prepararse café, té con leche. El desayuno es muy abundante y variado, desde platos calientes, huevos, panceta, bollería, panqueques, yogurt, frutas, cereales y café expresso, te, chocolate y jugos. La zona del desayuno es muy bonita y tiene un Starbucks también! El personal es muy amable. El hotel cuenta con pileta e hidro climatizados. El dia del check out pudimos dejar nuestras valijas en consigna para poder recorrer y volver por ellas mas tarde. Sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos!

On arrival reception double charged us for the hotel then told us it would be 5-7 days for refund, paid £50 for breakfast for two for 2 days when we got hot food it was cold, upgraded the room and only got one robe for both of us
