Friendly staff, excellent large room. Breakfast ok. lifts are VERY small and difficult to navigate with a wheelchair of any size. Required someone to hold doors for me as they closed while reversing in. Assuming accessible rooms (double only) are on ground floor.

Check in was very efficient & staff were friendly & helpful. The bar & restaurant area have been updated nicely. The corridors could do with a little attention now. Our room was a good size & clean. We missed having some decent overhead lighting but other than that we were happy. We had a view over towards the zoo which is always a favourite for us.

The reception staff (Sarah) was wonderful. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was very clean and contained everything we needed. The only issue was parking. It was difficult to find parking and made much more difficult by cars chosing to park in two spaces. We mentioned it to staff but they didnt seem to do anything about it despite having the car reg's of the offending cars.
