To start with, Hampton is not Avery good chain hotel. No good service, not customer oriented, not very clean, and old hotels. I booked a night for a short stop at Edinburgh. Unfortunately, for personal emergency o had to cancel. I asked for a refund and the hotel rejected it. Very disappointed after being a Hilton frequent customer. You get to know the true colors of companies when you need them the most. And thy failed me. Moving 100% to Marriott now.

Good location, polite and helpful staff. Text message received from hotel shortly after check in to see if everything was ok with room which was a nice touch. Shower was Luke warm at highest setting. Two breakfast assistants were too interested in chatting to each other than making sure that the food was being being restocked. Room was clean and tidy and reception staff were very friendly and polite.

So convenient to the airport and bust travel downtown. Very comfortable room, great breakfast and options for food & drink later in the day. Love that there’s a hotel bus stop on the bus route!
