Fantastic stay here beds supper comfortable quiet rooms , staff were lovely and nothing was a bother . Have us some info on busses where to go etc when we first checked in. rooms cleaned and towels cleaned daily . Breakfast was beautiful , wouldn't go anywhere else now . Just perfect

Just Fantastic for the money! The friendliness and service from the staff and owner was brilliant! Incredible breakfast too! Leith shore within walking distance and everything else easily accessible by bus or tram!

Great place to stay!

David was awesome. The rooms were great. Very easy access into the town center. Excellent Scottish Breakfast. 10 out of 10, would recommend!

The hosts were very helpful and the property was quite comfortable. Our room was cozy (as advertised and not a surprise), the breakfast was wonderful and the dining room was lovely. The walls were a bit thin, however, and you could hear the guests in the adjoining rooms. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

Very quaint, fit in well with the surrounding neighborhood. Good breakfasts, friendly staff, bus route to Princes St was 50 feet from the front door. Only issue was the shower, which didn’t have much pressure on the 3rd floor and only warmed up to slightly warm (although the tap water was hot as you please). A small nit, overall it was a great place to stay for 4 nights and see the many sights of Edinburgh!

Great hospitality

Enjoyed our stay, is an older property but well taken care of, a reminder of a similar older property we visited in Montreal. Very friendly and helpful owner. A little ways away from the Old Town but had a bus stop only a minute away to get you right down to Princes Street.

The staff were really helpful. Nothing too much trouble including giving us use of a shed for our cycles. Great breakfasts. One very small thing in the room the shower head kept falling down.

Such a lovely place to stay for a weekend stay in the city. The daily breakfast was a huge plus and was made to your liking. The room was nice and quaint with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend when in the city even if a little off the path from the touristy areas
