Great location near Rossi square. Very soundproof.

As we were staying on the 4th floor the balcony was a nice touch gave great views of the city and so spent most our time out there. Didn't realise the room I booked was a shared bathroom, but it wasn't too bad as only for one night as the bathrooms and showers were very clean. They also had many toilets. Staff very helpful, the only thing which might be a problem for visitors is the stairs, of course this is a theme of Lisbon in itself so you should expect steep climbs anyway, but there didn't seem to be a working lift and looked like quite an old building. I don't mind walking up stairs but for those less mobile this might not be the ideal spot despite the great central location in the city. Breakfast was nice, you pick a timeslot upon arrival, have lots of selection apart from continental breakfast bar eggs

This hotel is so close to the main road that you want to be on in Lisbon. It's close to all of the squares, restaurants and shopping. Probably the best part of the whole experience is the staff. They bent over backwards to help me move my luggage, store my luggage and one girl even helped me move my luggage to the next block to my awaiting Taxi – how wonderful is that? It was a very clean room-great experience.

We had a very nice experience staying at Pestana. From check in to check out was all effortless. We arrived at the hotel hours before our check in but when I asked if we could do an early check in before we came all the way from another country and different time zone. Daniella did not hesitate to accommodate us. She put us on priority list. It did not take 10 minutes from walking she called us and told us our room is ready. Room was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Very satisfied with their service and will definitely book at this hotel again. Keep up the good work

The property is well situated, spotless, comfortable and the staff and breakfast were very good. There aren't any fancy facilities but well equipped gym for a quick work out for the day. Usual hairdryer, toiletries provided. Room cleaned every day and beds and towels replaced. Only one small thing is the rooms aren't huge but its a city break so perfectly adequate.

Perfect location for my first trip to Lisbon. My room was big with the balcony overlooking Equine Cosmopolitans rooftop terrace You can walk to superb restaurants and wine bars within 5 minutes. The location is 1 mile from the cruise port and a quick Uber 5 or 6 miles to the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, Bruno the hotel bartender recommended numerous restaurants and wine bars 🍸 in the area, he is a top notch mixologist!
