Set in the center of Baxia and walkable to most districts, and close to Bus stops etc. We had a great stay here. Our room was very clean and well sound proofed. Everything worked well and room service is available from the Hotel Restaurant. The staff and the food in the Restaurant were both excellent. If we return to Lisbon we'd stay here again. We enjoyed the Breakfast too which provides a very wide selection.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could! The staff is absolutely exceptional! Everyone we came across went above and beyond to help us make our stay far beyond expectations. The amenities including mini bar, water and coffee in the lobby, included breakfast, umbrellas for use…everything was excellent. The breakfast is fantastic so not miss. They even made us to go boxes for our early flight. Absolutely love the location, all of our tours started within 5 minutes walking distance. Stop searching and stay here. We will be back!

Location! Location! Location! Best location to stay if you are in Lisbon. We stayed in the Junior suite and surprisingly it came with a mini bar, which was restocked every day. Tarts and bake goods every day in the lobby. Close to restaurants and shops. Great amenities.

Excellent hotel. Can’t beat the location for first time visiting Lisbon. We had a comfortable room for 3 (pull out sofa already made up for my son and comfy) with a balcony looking out to lisbon. Quiet as appeared to be soundproofed. Breakfast was top-notch. Room was ready early. Five plus stars.

Closer to five than four

Although it's rated a four star property, it felt closer to a five than four. We were in the building that just went through renovations, and it shows. Marble bathroom, plush robes, nice water pressure. It's my new favorite place in my favorite location of Lisbon.
