We stayed at the Santa Justa Hotel in July 2025 and everything was perfect — just like it was 10 years ago when we first visited. This time, we came back with our two daughters, and the experience was just as exceptional. The junior suite was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The welcome and attention throughout our stay were outstanding — the staff truly goes out of their way to make guests feel at home. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the Baixa district, with all major attractions, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. A special mention for the service: one day, we accidentally left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, so the room wasn’t cleaned. We asked for it to be done during dinner time, and it was taken care of without hesitation — something we really appreciated. A truly wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again!

The location is amazing. The family suite is nice and spacious. They offer complimentary mini fridge, welcome gift for the kids and adults. Slippers and robes for kids and adults. It’s seriously the nicest hotel. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. They helped make dinner reservations. We had one small issue with our room and they offered to change us to another room. They did upgrade us for this experience. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.

Fabulous hotel

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough Staff are excellent, room very comfortable, shower amazing and location fabulous When you close the windows you cannot hear the noise outside, bed so comfortable Free minibar stocked daily It was my birthday and they sent me chocolates and a small bottle of fizz Pastel de natas and red wine in the room when we arrived The only thing as they didn’t have a bar which we did miss for a nightcap

The hotel is very central with a good restaurant including Fado evenings which we really recommend. The staff are excellent and helpful. The wifi in our room was a little weak and kept dropping out. We are platinum members but didn’t receive a room upgrade but the comfort room was fine.
