This hotel is like new and in a convenient area near shopping, monuments, and restaurants. Lots of options for food. The hotel is also very clean and the staff is helpful and courteous. Bed was comfy. We had a junior suite which is very spacious and a welcomed change from other hotel rooms we stayed at in other cities. The room is nicely appointed and bathrooms are clean and a good size with plenty of shelving. Rain shower heads worked well. My only complaint about this hotel room is that the door is a slider and does not close entirely as a result. There is no bathroom privacy in terms of sound. I prefer a door that fully closes but others might not care.

We had a great stay at Pestana Rua Augusta. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and major attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable inside the hotel. The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Pestana Rua Augusta to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and an unbeatable location.

Clean room. Good sized bathroom. Great VIP services. Great location. Can get noisy with the tram and crowd at night. Closing the windows will block out the crowds, but you’ll still hear the tram. Very friendly front desk and staff.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel from location to service to room, all 11/10! The check in process was seamless and Sara at the front desk was amazing. Rueben was a fantastic bartender and made us feel so welcome for our first time in Lisbon. We were celebrating my mother’s bday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it extra special. Beds were super comfy and room was fairly spacious for a European hotel and had a king bed. Highly recommend this hotel to stay again or to anyone in Lisbon!
