The room was very clean and was a good size with an excellent bathroom. The shower was very easy to use. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a street view but was very quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful with directions and answered all questions. The welcoming glass of Madeira and pastel de Nata was a nice touch.

Room was clean, modern and cozy. Staff was super friendly and helpful! They always had an umbrella to let us borrow for the day. Breakfast was also great. Overall would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon

Room was very clean. Bed comfy and in a great location. Only minor problem was our rooms (203 and 204) were near the breakfast room so we were woke up at 6am each morning to the clattering of plates!

The room was super clean and the shower was amazing! My only challenge was how small it was..tiny!! And the air never stayed on so it felt stuffy. I'd open the window but due to it's location, it was loud, so only had it open for a bit. Itvwas quiet with the windows closed.

I would have given 5 stars - except there were elevator issues and we had to walk up five flights of stairs numerous times. That being said, the hotel staff was amazing. Knowledgeable about the area. Very helpful in all areas. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
