Great location - very central to historic Lisbon, opposite Baixa-Chiado metro station, 20/25 mins from airport. All the restaurants, touristic spots nearby. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Overall the rooms were clean.

We booked a doible superior room and received a double standard instead. The photo of the room type we booked did not match the room type we received. Hotel says we have to dispute with Expedia. We paid extra for space and were crammed in a small room our entire trip.

The room was not at all what it looks like in the picture. The walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbor snore and fart. They claim to have WiFi but it was always stuck on one bar or went off. The blankets sheets and towels were supposedly clean but were dingy, smelly and obvious makeup stains. There was mold in the shower and the sink was oddly shaped, hard to brush teeth and face. The good thing was their breakfast was quite decent and i liked the location, but also not soundproof so just a thought for light sleepers

I stayed with my mom in Chiado, Lisbon, and really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from our room was also excellent and made our mornings extra special. The only downside was the breakfast, which didn’t quite live up to my expectations or the reviews I had read. Still, this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Lisbon!

This place would have gotten a five, but I felt like I was snookered. The photos posted online show really nice rooms. These were not. furniture was old and worn. Part of the wall was really low and my husband hit his head every time he got out of bed. It looked nothing like what we expected. The nicest thing I can say is it was clean. Friends stayed in a different room and it was equally bad, maybe worse, because I think ours was considered a 'suite' and I use the term loosely. The dining area was beautiful and other parts of the hotel were very nice, but the rooms.....stay elsewhere!

The property was in a popular and busy spot in Lisbon although it was in a more elevated part of the city. It was close to the port, ideal for our further transport to the cruise terminal. The problems arised when we arrived with our son who is a full time wheelchair user even though I contacted the property several times without reply. We encountered rather heavy glass doors leading into the property with one small step/lip to manoeuvre across. Lifts too narrow for wider or power chairs, we were fine as our son's chair is quite narrow. Breakfast inaccessible for wheelchair users, a flight of seven steps to go down. Unacceptable in this day and age. We stayed in a triple room, which was huge and perfect for out chair and luggage.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful - quick in fixing the drainage problem in my shower. The hotel is old, so the room can only be cleaned to a certain extent; another minor issue in my room was the closet cannot be completely close. Although the location is good, it is very noisy at night. Room is not sound proofed as stated in the description.
