The hot tub was only lukewarm which was a little disappointing since the outdoor temperature was in the low 40s. Otherwise the beach view room and overall stay was excellent. We will stay here again.

The pictures of this property are not at all representative of the truth. This hotel smells, offers nothing except ice machines, carpets are disgusting, rooms are dilapidated, furniture is falling apart and literally everything needs to be updated. The pool is under construction (or possible deconstruction) and the hot tub is broken. Not that I would get in anyway! There is no door for the bathroom so there is zero privacy. Last and important, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible as advertised. All of the doors are not wide enough to fit a standard wheelchair. It is in fact NOT wheelchair accessible. The staff was kind and helpful but the hotel is a total wreck.

Huge rooms that would be great for a family. The big lobby was a great place to hang out after we saw a show. Rooms were clean but not *sparkling* clean. The glasses in the bathroom looked kinda cloudy, for instance. Also it’s $6 for a black coffee in the morning, and you might have to wait a long time to get it from the bar, although it is excellent. Overall, it’s a fine stay, but not a 5 star experience.

this was a great room in a great location. Quite a few amenities the only thing is, I requested a city view room and got a room with a view of the parking ramp. Not that we spent much time in the room, but it sure is nice to look out and see all the city lights at night, but would definitely recommend this location.
