The room was pretty, the location was fun & the valet staff was great. However, their policy of not cleaning rooms at any point during your stay (we were there for a week) was extremely unpleasant. When I informed the Front Desk that my husband (who has Stage 4 cancer) had bled on the pillow case & sheets on day 3, they merely delivered a set of linens to our room for us to change the bed ourselves. We had to raid maid carts in the hallway for toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc. throughout the week, and by the end of our stay, every trash can was overflowing. Not happy.

Line for check-in was long but went decently quick . Room itself was clean , bathroom had a wad of gum in the corner with black hair everywhere so floor obviously was cleaned. Staff was super nice and we have stayed here many times, will continue to stay here.
