Location was nice. Most of the staff were helpful and nice. Had on very rude small girl at the front. Water pressure is okay. Rooms were kind of small. Casino is more of a problem than a benefit. Obviously it’s open to the public but they don’t do a good job separating the public area from the hotel guest areas. Had a couple of hecklers by the elevators trying to get us to listen to their raps or buy something. Not a ton of card game tables in the casino. Mostly brain rot slot machines. Overall okay stay because of the location and cleanliness of lobby and rooms. Wouldn’t stay here again though.

Check in was easy and pleasant. The room design and layout was appealing, however our room smelled strongly of smoke and marijuana, and the floors and bathroom were dirty - corners unclean and surfaces grimy. If housekeeping was better, I think we would have enjoyed our stay more.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. However, the walls are paper thin. I had to spend the weekend listen to either extremely loud nocturnal activities, bordering on obscene or loud parties. It’s very convenient and nice having the casino attached and a bunch of restaurants.

Room had little black hairs everywhere. Mattress and pillows sucked for the first time. This is our 9th stay and usually they are good. Bathroom was gross, shower needs attention. Staff were nice and easy check in/out. Better casino incentives would be nice. I don’t really care for the atmosphere of the VIP lounge.
