Main Web site said pet friendly. Hotels.com says Dog friendly. I have a Cat and read it on the main web site where it states pet friendly which should include my cat. Clerk at desk said they DONT take cats only Dogs. This is not the same wording but should be. Pet friendly means my pet Cat. I pre paid online before arriving so I had to go to another hotel in Springfield Missouri.

I was supposed to be enjoying a Birthday weekend away from my husband who thought I was off with friends! What I did was hire five young men from Muskegon to come with me and all at one time have sex with me! I thought it would be better but this hotel was not very hospitable and very judgmental about what I was doing! They should have been minding their own business!!

Convenient as we had a football game in Cadillac. Close drive to food and the school. Hot tub was drained, disappointing for the kids. There was a stink bug in our room.

The room smelled like dogs, I understand the property is pet friendly but this is usually kept to certain areas. When I asked they said the entire property was. They did bring up spray to try and neutralize the odor as it was the only available room. The bathtub had hair in it. The walls are thin, we could hear phones ringing and a dog bark. We were just there for a quick stay passing through so I tried not to be terribly picky but $200 a night I would expect better. The breakfast options were decent and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very responsive to any questions and overall the hotel while dated was a well-located place with a handy breakfast for our stay in Cadillac.

When we got to the hotel, they did not have our Expedia reservation— the desk said Expedia had never sent the virtual charge card…in spite of sending us confirmation. We tried to chat w Expedia…they put us on hold but never answered. We called Expedia and they messed around and finally said they would refund our money. Took an hour we can never get back. Property was fine.
