The room was excellent, great corner view, it was clean, the hotel was beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. We only had one issue when I called after we left because we were charged more than what we should have been based on the Expedia price. The lady that answered the phone was yawning and cut me off and said the price changed, can you call back I have a line of people… I did tell her no and asked to be transferred to a manager or a customer service number something.. She transferred me and the lady was really nice and explained it was for cleaning/damages if there were any and if not it would be crested back. We might have been told that during check in but we were laughing and joking with the staff during check in. All in all that would not stop me from staying there again. All the other staff were amazing! Plus it was a easy walk to Ford Field.

They were the NICEST people i have ever delt with!! The staff was amazing and the valet was epic. Yaz in valet was very helpful and kind. The chek in and check out staff was amazing. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable, relaxing and great experience hotel.

Our stay was amazing from the front desk checking us in and being accommodating, patient and kind. We had an issue with the toilet and the cleaning crew came quickly and handled in a professional manner. The only complaint is the bartender; he needs to work with urgency and refrain from being so nonchalant. He had a dry sense of humor that came across as rude to us. I asked for a drink, and I didn't like it and he dumped it our rudely in front of me and said I wouldn't like it either. It was border line funny because I was there is no way this man just did this. Overall, the experience was great, and I will definitely return. If I wasn't headed to see Chris Brown I would have given the bartender my feedback directly.

Chris Brown Concert Trip

I love my view of the lake and the downtown area the guest service was amazing valet guys helped with our bags breakfast was amazing I feel like my stay was shortened and I should’ve booked the room for the weekend instead of one day I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again
