There was a urine stain on the bed, there was also a live bug in the bed. On one of the wash cloths, my wife noticed hairs still attached to the material. We spoke to a manager and he offered half of the room and upgraded our room.

Rooms were fantastic just in need of a deep clean . We were super impressed overall with the casino (3 nights ). Went to two other nearby casinos for just an hour or so and def won’t go again . MCC was the best . Staff was super friendly and helpful . Exterior and interior were nice and we’ve been to over 40 casinos . Will come back next year , Go Lions lol Came from San Diego CA for the game

The bed was comfortable. However the room smelled like smoke when i walked in the first time. The plug on the nightstand was dusty. And because the frame was slighty bigger than the mattress i could see that the frame was a bit dirty and the wood was a little sticky. I liked the view i had from the window though. But I would stay again if i was back to the Detroit area

I was visiting Detroit for a concert( which was great) but after an exhausting night, I was looking forward to crawling into a nice comfy bed and falling asleep. I did start off comfortably asleep but was awakened by my arm itching and me scratching it feverishly. I hurried to the bathroom and could see my arm was covered with welts. Came back to the bed, turned on the lights and found a bed bug on my pillow. I called the desk to report the issue. Manager Jessica(I believe), “medic” and security arrived. They removed the bug, offered my alcohol pads. I requested Benadryl too. I was directed to a vending machine. Manager offered another room which of course I accepted at 3 am. I had to inquire about my room being comp for the inconvenience, she agreed. Finally in another room, it took so time to get back asleep. Woke up later than expected. Call the desk, explained the bed bug and room change as I requested a later checkout. I was only granted 1 additional hour. Poor customer service all around. This was a very disappointing first impression.

Our stay was really great. Our porter Anthony fantastic, giving a High Five for his service. A real keeper. The hotel is clean and quiet for its size and the overall activity being and casino.
