I have stayed at your hotel several times and not once have I been able to find one of your vans to pick me up and take me back to the hotel. I’ve always had to Uber and when I get back they r sitting in the parking lot.

Dried mustard stain all over 1 chair.

The 2nd chair in our room when we arrives looked like it had mustard spilledon in within the last 24 hours. It was hard and bright yellow. I called the front dest a couple times and they said theyd come replace it but they never did. I asked for a $50 discount to compensation. My wife and I couldn't sit next to each other which was a bit awkward.

Horrible stay

The front desk wasn’t friendly at all rude and disrespectful. The bed was horrible. The sheets looked like they were 20 years old, stained and holes in the duvet cover. The pillows were so flat and disgusting. It was like they’re the original pillows when they started the hotel. I will never stay there again and do not recommend anybody go there.

The woman that checked us in was amazing. The lady that was helping with the shuttle was great. Only issue was we were at the pick up point 47 mins after the game and their was no shuttle to get back when we called the hotel we were told if ur under an hr they will be there then hung up on. Very rude. No one ever showed up so we had to Lyft back.

None of the amenities that were advertised were available. I slippers or robes. Tried to make appointment for spa, ladies were rude and not accommodating. This was the most expensive casino I’ve ever stayed at and had less accommodation.
