I hate using kiosks. Then we checked in with our service animal and a couple of hours later, they wanted to move us upstairs to a new room. People with service animals are disabled. Stairs are not our friends. I didn't move. Hire English speaking clerks who answer the kiosk. Better yet, get rid of the kiosk. No breakfast. Relatively quiet but there were only about 4 cars in the parking lot. Room was clean and well stocked.

So very strange place. I get construction however nothing for safety anywhere. Air freshener in hallway over powering other smells. Fridge was left open with towel FROZEN SOLID. Bed sucked super old, no staff just a kiosk. NO BREAKFAST this is a lie. Slept in clothes with shoes on. No shower as towels had yellow stains. Toilet smaller then child size and the work being done to the place is not what I call stellar. White caulk in the tub which was old looks like someone smeared it with. Just half assed work. WAY OVERPRICED!

Never staying here again

The front desk is a virtual front desk. The room smelled like smoke/pot. Nobody was there to supervise the property. Never recieved my receipt via email like i asked for.

Nice, dated hotel. Staff is non-existent, It's a Kiosk that is manned by someone in the Philippines. Stayed for a snowmobile weekend so it was just fine for a place to sleep. Rooms and bathrooms were not really clean, some questionable hairs in the shower.
