Property was clean, staff was accommodating and location was perfect. It was a bit noisy but that was a Saturday night outside a club, so expected. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained.

Breakfast was great. The main dish changed daily with sides remaining somewhat the same (yogurt, fresh fruit, bacon, sausages). It's not the type of setting where you wear your PJs down to breakfast; it is dine in only, and you're served your requested beverage by two awesome elderly women. The overall environment of the hotel was always kept clean. The room was clean upon entry and didn't have any dirt, even after I wiped things down as my own precaution. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Elevator broke down. I wss on the 5th floor.

Room was clean

My room was never cleaned. Asked for clean towels and new sheets and housekeeping told me to go down to the front desk. Front desk and management were no help to the matter either as they told me that I would receive what I needed, but nothing was delivered to my room.
