stayed at the world Baltimore Hotel for my graduation this past weekend, Though the hotel front desk was shortstaffed they were doing their best to keep up with a sold out hotel. Upon checking in to this clean and beautiful hotel, we went to the lobby bar where we met two of the most amazing staff members who made us feel like we were regulars, they were informative and attentive to our needs and questions. Elizabeth and Sam went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we need along with delicious drinks to start our day. They also went out of their way to congratulate me on my graduation and we’re so kind to my family members. After my graduation, we did return to the hotel because we were excited to try the sky bar. Sadly, we did not get the same experience with the Skybar staff there however, Gina and Gary from the culinary end were amazing. Before turning in for the night, we came back down to the lobby bar. I’m at China the bartender she gave us the same service and experience that Sam and Elizabeth did as they seem so proud of their hotel and our true emulation of what Customer Service is in the hospitality business. It’s true a few bad apples do not spoil the rest. We will definitely be back and hope to see these amazing staff members again.

The immediate area around the facility were run down lot of graffiti but the staff was wonderful at the hotel there was some excellent dining opportunities within a mile decent hotel very old lot of history room's a little small but most older hotels are give it a four

I was in town last week and for the coin show at the convention center. We arrived late in the evening just as hundreds of army came in as well. Chaos ensued in the lobby. Couldn't find any water no hotel employees available. Went outside to try to find a place to get water and was accosted by people smoking marijuana outside the front door making racial comments towards us. The room was large, nice amount of space. Unfortunately no USB capability in the room. Most hotels these days have that option. The next morning my toilet overflowed and my towel rack collapsed off the wall on top my foot. The remote control for the TV did not work properly. I was there for 3 days and it was impossible to get an elevator on the 1st or 2nd try up or down. I don't think they were all working but the capacity of the hotel was so high. The only thing I ordered at the bar to eat was the crab dip and they brought me a crab pretzel instead. The bar wasn't bad for a few drinks. Overall was not a great stay. Fortunately did not spend that much time in the hotel.

Hotel was catfish wish I could give it no stars. Rooms were horrible, parking garage all the way across the street no access to or from hotel whatsoever, lobby always crowded with only two elevators working which would take 5 min just to finally go up or down. first and last time here.

Always pleased with Lord Baltimore

Lord Baltimore is a beautiful historic property, old-school vibes. It shows its age in some parts -- hallway walls, ceilings, the bathrooms -- but overall I've never regretted a stay here. Would recommend -- especially if you enjoy history and hotels with a story.

The way it’s explained and shown on the website is not accurate, and it’s quite a distance to walk to anything within the harbor. I want to express my gratitude to the front desk clerk who went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. She made sure I was happy with the final result and that I was comfortable walking out. She was aware that I wasn’t comfortable with the location, the area, and the overall experience of the hotel. I did not end up staying and booked my room at a different location.
