The hotel lobby is very elegant, valet was very helpful in finding parking. That said, our room was very outdated, the headboard of our bed was faded and cracking, we had holes in our bath towels and the water in the shower was difficult to manage - either scolding hot or cold. For these along with personal reasons, we ended up bailing on our stay and leaving the same night.

Had a discrepancy when booking....someone else checked in my room and they told me to go straight up. They said someone had the same name as me which I dont believe because my name is unique. I have yet to run across someone with the same name. They did accommodate me...however...it wasnt for me but served its purpose. Customer service was extremely friendly.

The historic factor and the architecture of this hotel makes it an unique place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were comfortable and clean only down sides are can hear some noise from other rooms. Expedia said I would be getting a valet parking credit which we did not get but other than that Thumb up!

Amazing stay. The building showed its age but in a charming historical way. The ac was slow to cool the room but it caught up by bedtime. The staff was friendly and polite. The ability to leave the vehicle in valet parking until 1700 the day of check out was a great option to avoid the stress of moving and re-parking elsewhere for the day. Looking forward to staying here again!

I stayed at the Lord Baltimore Hotel from Aug 1–3, 2025, for a birthday stay and was extremely disappointed. The room was poorly maintained black grime down the wall from the vent, a peeling/scratched headboard, loose towel bar, mildew and bad caulking in the tub, misaligned sink handles, and a peeling smoky film on the window. One of the main reasons I booked was to enjoy the LB Sky Bar, but service there was equally disappointing. After ordering wings and drinks, the cook left the wings sitting uncovered for over 15 minutes while scrolling on her phone. No one brought them or called out our table number, so I refused them when finally told they were ready. The only positive was the friendly front desk associate, Ashley. Otherwise, this stay was not worth the money, and I will not return. Prior to doing this review, I sent a message to the hotel directly. They have yet to respond.
This grime was consistent from the top of the ceiling all the way down to the floor.
This was some sort of grime that was leaking from the ceiling down past the vent all the way to the floor. I started to wipe it because I didn’t want it in pictures. It was easy to wipe off again, showing the lack and care of the cleanliness.
This is just another demonstration of laziness on the part of the establishment and lack of consistency with the aesthetics.
The towel bar was falling off the wall very loose, especially when towels were hung on it.
