The staff were very friendly. The front desk person was very personable and greeted us by name. The courtesy driver was also knowledgeable and pleasant. The hotel could use some updates, but it was alright for one night. We felt comfortable there.

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI thanks to their convenient Park and Fly option. The process was incredibly simple — we parked our car right at the hotel and headed off on vacation without a hitch. No need to worry about airport parking or long walks with luggage. The shuttle service was top-notch. It was prompt, easy to use, and the drivers were friendly and professional. After our trip, the shuttle picked us up from the airport quickly and got us back to our car in no time. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free — exactly what you want when traveling. Highly recommend for anyone flying out of BWI. Great hotel, great service, and an excellent value for travelers!

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Restaurant was convenient for late arrival staying open till 11pm. Food was good and many menu choices. Staff very friendly helpful. Transportation to the airport was very convenient. Could use some updating of rooms and halls etc. but not a deal breaker.
