I had requested an early check in and offered to pay for it at 5 a.m. and was assured that would not be a problem and so I made arrangement accordingly. When I arrived at 11 a.m. - I was told my room was given away. I was then guaranteed a room by 1 p.m. - that time came and went. Finally I decided to make a stink while my kids were melting down behind me and I as given a room and told that I could have had one hours earlier if I had agreed to a different room type - which I had on multiple occasions. Breakfast was terrible - they packed it in about 7 minutes after I was seated with my two kids - one of whom needed to go to the rest room and hadn't even gotten a plate yet. I had to ask for toast and was given 2 slices - literally one piece of bread for each kid. Luckily, they had the courtesy of not charging me for the kids' breakfast buffet without me saying anything but I would have far preferred to be able to actually get them breakfast. If all you're looking for is a bed, with questionable AC and easy access to the fields and Harbor - this will work fine.

Elevators not for the claustrophobic

Pretty good hotel. There’s a pool / bar on the 6th floor. We were put on 7th floor so we heard the bar music and it was tough to get in an afternoon nap for us and our baby. Fortunately the bar music didn’t last into the night. The other pain point is the elevators. They’re an odd shape it’s a nightmare if you’re trying to get to your room if a huge event from camden yards lets out and there’s a surge of people trying to use them.
