I booked this room for an overnight stay because it was close to my friend’s apartment who was moving out of state the next day. I didn’t check in until10:00p.m. It was dark and grungy. There was an event going on when I checked in. I asked the clerk if there was a vending machine on my floor, he said yes. Get to my floor and find the vending machine and ice machine out of order! I went to all the other floors and encountered the same thing! The furniture in the room was old and dated!! The towels were more beige than white! The tub/shower combo was peeling!!! I will never stay at this place again.

The furniture was very dated and not clean the floor had a huge sticky spot the carpet had scene better days. Bed was comfortable. Hallway smelled great. Bathroom was good.
The hotel was very nice and staff was very friendly however I was told I couldn't stay due to service dogs and normally they wouldn't allow refunds but Ms Nora said she would do it this time. Only because I wasn't aware of the dog policy.
I didn't get my refund due to your system abd and not being able to speak to a live person.
The hotel was ok could of been better the housekeeper never knock on the door not once to see if we needed anything the hotel needs to actual invest in real bedding the the too suppose to be cover looks like a old shower curtain and to top it off no microwave in the room unexpectable
We have stayed here numerous times and have issues with tv not working properly. Have had remote changed as well as having complete tv needed to be replaced
