Rough condition. Lamp shades with holes. Bed spreads don't match. No coat hangers to hang clothes. Electric plug on bath vanity didn't work. Housekeeper rude to another guest. Observed her being surley when asked for a roll of bath tissue. No plug on bathtub. Rough area with individuals hanging around outside on hotel property. Desk employees were courteous.

Bed Bug Found- Do NOT Stay Here!

Pulled into a motel that clearly serves as welfare housing or a homeless shelter. Lots of shady people standing outside of “their” rooms. One room had two live cats living in it, making it evident that this was a long term housing situation for some. Had some great Mexican food near by and came back to find a rather large BED BUG crawling on the comforter. There’s never just *one* bed bug so I managed to get it into a plastic cup and brought it to the front desk demanding a refund. The man at the desk was completely unfazed, clearly this was not his first rodeo with this situation. Unacceptable! Pictures and clearly AI generated positive reviews did NOT match the condition of this dump. Do yourself a favor, stay anywhere else!
Bed bugs don’t live in solitude- I wasn’t sticking around to meet any of its friends!

I did not appreciate the surprise $50 deposit needed to check in, as I had booked through a 3rd party site and there was no mention of this policy beforehand. The room was fine for what I needed, a place to sleep and shower. Aside from that, I was extremely underwhelmed. It was a handicapped accessible room; however there were numerous issues, starting with the bathroom door that didn't latch due to broken hardware, the bathroom door was also broken from being shoved against the floor mounted door stopper, the hand held shower attachment bar was pulled out at the bottom which revealed a rusted screw sticking through the shower wall and the room was arranged as to make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair from the entrance to the bathroom. Other issues I would note are more inconveniences, such as no instruction to access wifi, no "do not disturb" sign, no TV guide or instructions and no directory for local restaurants/delivery options. The room was suitably clean, so that was a small positive to my stay. Overall not a great experience and I will find another option next time I'm in the area.

No ev charging available

It was a cheap hotel for quick sleep and leave on roadtrip. Condotion was worn out. Hotels.com said ev charging available, but nowhere at place was there a charging unit.

Glad to be Out in the morning

PLUS? What a laugh. It’s A Red Roof, so you know what to expect, but this one is advertised as a PLUS. It’s a Minus. We just want a clean no problem easy motel on a road trip with our dog. But this one is ghetto and scary.
