The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay at the Fenwick was delightful.

Room was nice....nice layout and it was clean/ready upon our arrival. It's close to everything we like in the area including the Winterfest of Lights and also the restaurants that we enjoy going to. Only complain about the room was faucet in the tub; when you turned on the shower, the faucet still poured out from the bottom so pressure was just ok. Being elderly my husband and I would have like handrails in the tub/shower area; but not a deal breaker. Like the restaurant upstairs for a nightcap before heading to bed. Ample parking which is always nice. All in all it was a good stay and we definitely would be more than happy to stay there again

Our little princess loved her room too. It was nice being a pet friendly hotel. We are lucky as she is quiet, very well trained.

Pet owners beware, we were hit with a $30/night pet fee upon checkin for booking a pet-friendly room. Room was organized but the bathroom had hair and a dirty toilet. Bring Clorox wipes with you. Location, parking, and friendly staff are a plus, but extras fees (besides tax) and rooms that need maintenance drag the rating down.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and answered all questions that were asked of them. Room # 410 had 2 problems, last night heater went out. Reported it to front desk and was taken care of while at dinner. Also reported second board in bathroom was coming up, trip hazard.

The room was hreat, the spa was not working when we checked in on Monday. Were told that it would be up by Wednesday, it was up Thirsday night. Were told that we could go to their sister hotel for the spa went their and both their pool and spa were closed. Breakfast was nice. Coffee was amazing! Cute little araced located in the hotel for kids. Indoor pool amd spalsh pad for kids was nice too.
