The rooftop restaurant was great! The room was huge. The free chairs at the beach were nice. The breakfast was okay not much to it but it’s great just to grab something small. You need more than one person at the front desk. Lines were too long! Overall, a nice place and I would stay again!

The Good, the bad and the ugly!

The room was great but the bed was too hard. Breakfast was not great and usually so crowded with few places left to sit that we never could eat there. Plus, the 5th floor had many people smoking pot and the smell was coming through the room. Disgusting!

The hotel had an indoor pool and hot tub, a roof top restaurant and bar. across the street from the beach and they provide free beach chairs. It is 20 minutes from the Ocean City boardwalk. The location is considered North Ocean City, but still many options for food and mini golf

Pros: This is my go to place for my annual ocmd visits. Prime location for enjoying Delaware and Maryland. Walking distance to the beach. Love the free beach chair option and shuttle service. Cons: pool area was quite crowded all the time. Breakfast area is quite cramped. Possibly remove some of the seating options for more space. Was roomed at the back of the hotel next to the outdoor seating area was noisy at night when we were attempting to rest. But overall a great stay! Overall

Property was ok. The air conditioning broke one afternoon and the we came back to a roaster of a room late in the evening. There was only one staff person on scene and he could not get maintenance as it was Sunday night. He quickly moved us to a new room and we were good to go. So that staff person was helpful and cooperative.

We had a nice stay however the staff especially the front desk and the maintenance people were standoffish. We were concerns about some exposed electric wires we informed them the maintenance person arrived however, he did not even address us to let us know it was safe! he just looked at it and left we guessed that since he was not worried and just left that it was safe yet we were not at ease so we opted against using that amenity.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast lounge. It felt too small for a hotel of this size. I was uncomfortable while trying to get my breakfast, as the space was very crowded. It seemed like many parents and children were anxious and rushed to get their food because there simply wasn't enough room to move around easily.

The Fenwick Inn is good hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any requests. The pool and facilities are clean and fun. I really liked the fact they give two courtesy beach chairs. They also have a shuttle bus you can take to certain events and locations. We really had a good time.

I wish they had an outdoor pool, the pool area is all indoors and the outside area is very small. Loud can hear people from Hallways and in your room there is a big gap under the door, other wise everything else was good. Close to the beach
