Dominican Republic Ski Resorts

Firstly, the staff tipping culture is disgusting. Staff were rude and offered no assistance once they realized there was no cash tip available. This was apparent within five minutes of our arrival. I want to be clear tipping aasnt an issue we just had to visit the ATM which we did however, it’s not okay to be treated in such a way. Our room wasn’t ready upon check-in, which resulted in us being moved. Unfortunately, the room we were given flooded every time we used the shower. The bed sheets were never changed, even after we specifically requested it. Housekeeping simply remade the bed using the same sheets. The in-room alcohol bar was not properly stocked—we arrived to find half-empty bottles. Additionally, the towels had a damp, unpleasant smell. Plates and cutlery was constantly dirty and just had a very unclean aura to them. Other than that it was fine.

Pools were clean, gym was clean with good equipment, property was very worn & in need of repair, rooms were in need of major maintenance, restaurants were excellent with amazing staff

I like the clean and food. I don’t like, not much seafood.

The resort was huge! The many workers and staff do an incredible job maintaining such a massive property. The people were all very nice and friendly.

Everything was amazing

Good location, right next door to swimming with the dolphins. The food wasn’t the greatest but the drinks were really good, especially the pina coladas! Overall, it was really good. I would definitely return.
