The property is very old. It’s the only place that we got the really good service. It was one of the restaurants where they serve that steak and lobster stuff was great but other than that, you don’t get the good service Pools Don’t even have a lifeguard. And the one important thing I don’t know why is it like that but any trains that they serve? It’s super sweet. It just feels like they wanna poison everyone.

I liked the entertainment options that they had, for all ages. The hotel room though had issues with the bathroom. The water would not come out hot or drain in the shower. Fortunately I got that somewhat fixed but water temperatures were an issue. The door lock on the bathroom kept falling off too. Over all the property looked nice but certainly needs a refreshment. Facilities and structures appear old and worn down if carefully looked at. The service though and the spirit of the employees that work there is amazing. We interacted with so many of them and they are authentically fun people with fun energy! The variety and accessibility of food and entertainment was amazing as well. There was a lot of seaweeds on the beach, so I recommend putting a net out in the water a few hundred feet to stop the seaweed from covering the beach.

Que decepcion este hotel, desde que entras al lobby ,las habitaciones estan super en mal estado , viejas con olor a humedad ,y sucias ,las sabanas impercudidas y manchadas , el pasillo oscuro ,no hay un coffee shop donde te puedas tomar un cafe ,el teatro donde dan los shows un calor horrible ,no gasten su dinero en este hotel

El sistema de aires acondicionados no estaban funcionando como corresponde tanto en los cuartos como en los restaurantes. Se pasaba mucha calor y era incómodo. Los chóferes del transporte interno que iba destinado a las facilidades del Hotel Fantasía no brindaban el servicio que uno esperaba, no te querían tomar en las paradas y solo te decían “espera el otro”, paso con nosotros como con otros huéspedes. En otras paradas de los otros hoteles mucho más amables y siempre nos recogían.

The hotel is good, the cleaning ladies and staff are super polite, and the restaurants and food are great. The room really has humidity issues. And the most frustrating thing was not being able to enjoy the sea, which was full of seaweed. But overall, we really enjoyed it.
