Absolutely amazing resort, definitely would recommend visiting!! Unlike our previous experiences with all inclusive resorts where food options are limited, at Grand Bavaro resort you have multiple buffets, ten restaurants, food trucks and a coffee shop so you can truly enjoy your vacation. The resort is very clean, the beach is cleaned every morning and so is the pool. The staff are extremely kind, friendly and energetic! It is a great resort for everyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful and fun getaway. The drinks are great, we never had trouble finding pool or beach chairs and there are a ton of things to do. Definitely recommend coming!!

The effort made to preserve the natural ecology was phenomenal. The mangrove park was a lovely attraction. The dining room staff was also amazing, particularly Ramona, Irene, Nayeli @ Hispaniola, and Chrisando @Pescador. The only thing we didn't like was being hassled by Royal Holiday Vacation. We look forward to a repeat stay.

I would strongly reccomend you not come to this property. Broken air conditioning, mosquitos are only in the rooms , mold in the rooms as well, getting a hold of guest services on the phone was impossible. I wish I went back to grand palladium. Guest services manager wouldn’t even see me to discuss problems. Absolutely disgusting

Just left this amazing resort completely fell in love with it and the country BEAUTIFUL! The staff was amazing JOSE RAMON made our stay very pleasant his customer service skills is through the roof… However they do need to relax a bit with the vendors! All I wanted was to enjoy my vacation but everywhere we went there was a vendor trying to sell us something and we refused they were extremely rude! Like I said all I wanted to do was enjoy my vacation, and that other place where they offer you to become “an associate member” try to sell us a package NOW DOES PEOPLE MADE FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!! TOLD ME IT WOULD BE A 30 minute meeting turn into a whole 2:30hours half of my morning literally wasted!
