The staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. WiFi was good. The food at the restaurant was nice and the staff were very helpful. The location is close to Aerocity and the Metro. I definitely tecommend this hotel.

Simple airport stay

I had a good stay at this hotel for one night before flying in the morning. The hotel is simple but had everything I needed, clean bed, A/C, good hot shower in the morning and simple toiletries. I appreciated the separate shower enclosure and the breakfast was alright at an extra cost.

Very unclean, reception staff is horrible. Shower not working. The says it will be fixed soon, but never gets done. Had to shower using a bucket. Outside stinks, horrible area. Did expect this from Expedia. Please stop recommending these horrible places for your customers. Booked this hotel Grand for 14 days, had to check out in 2 days. I would like a refund please. Expedia this is unacceptable.

Manager arranged for early morning cab ride at less cost than official charge from airport to hotel Good late room service. Food average. Seemed clean despite other reports. Manage spoke english. Porter was helpful. Quite decent for less than US $70/night Have photos but cant figure on how to add to review. Standard level international property it is not but reasonable for long connect overnight between flights.
