I stayed at the hotel twice, first time on 26thJan and the second time on 31st Jan. When I enquired about early checkin the lady at the reception informed me that the room is not yet ready and I will have to wait. I understood the situation and was waiting in the lobby. A white couple enters right after me and they were asked the same to wait in the lobby. Few minutes later a guy in the suit appeared to be the manager approaches the white couple and enquires, he rolls a red carpet for them and let them check in early. British have left India but we are still in the colonial era it seems, the brown sepoys are still marching all over India. Once their check in was done, I enquired at the counter the lady embarrassingly handed me the key and allowed me the key. I am not saying the fault is of the lady at the reception but if she had voiced out that other people have been waiting prior to these white folks? But no... This is so funny that I received the feedback form form my first stay but not for my second stay when this incident has happened.

Great location and price for someone who values easy logistics from the airport. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The only request I would like to put forward is that they fix their shower drainage as I didn't like water all over the floor in room 382

The room was nice but the bathroom was very small and the shower drain didn’t work so when I took a shower the whole bathroom floor got flooded!! Also at around 3 am there was an announcement made via the room PA system that there is an emergency and for us to leave the room!! I called the guest service and was told that it was a mistake!! But no announcement was made to let us know that it was a mistake so everyone on my floor were coming out of their room and wondering what was wrong at 3 in the morning!! I had to tell them that I called guest service and it was a mistake! It disturbed all our sleep! I will not be staying here again! It’s better to pay a little bit more and stay at another hotel in the same vicinity

Good hotel in Aerocity - good service

Ibis aerocity provides good comfort stay, with standard rooms. The service was really good and the staff was very hospitable. All my requests were accomodated in good time without having to call back or follow up. Really appreciate the staff for their promptness

Excellent service by the team - both housekeeping, guest services and security. Had the most pleasant experience. Only two feedback - Towels provided had stains from overuse. They were clean but with marks. My reservation was for two twin beds. The beds provided can only sleep one person comfortably. Our additional guest did not join us, else my guess of two twin beds sufficing would have been a bad idea!! Looking forward to staying here in future transits via New Delhi International Airport.

Horrible Front Desk Clerk

I specifically asked for and was offered a smoking room on your website. But at check in they told me that they cannot provide a smoking room. The arrogance of the front desk cleark Bhavna was not something I have encountered in over 22 years of travel. She could not even get herself to say Sorry, and kept telling me that Smoking room was an option and she cannot give me that option.
