I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Check in was good, room was also good. However the restaurant situation was very bad, 1. Looked very shabby and makeshift type with tables and dirty table covers in one corner. Despite empty two-seater tables in the better section, all Indians were being directed to the makeshift section with the better section being " reserved for foreigners' 2. Complete lack of service. on asking the manager for a coffee, he hands me a cup and points to the coffee churn. 3. Lack of hygiene I was sitting with a view of the coffee table, as the coffee cups got over, the staff opened a fresh box of cups, blew the dust off the same with his mouth and kept the same for customers. When I confronted him, he gave excuses saying it was clean, then later quietly removed the cups for washing. On doing this the manager shouted at another staff for lack of cups.

Poor service Was surprised at the service quality.Unexpected from ITC brand. Takes too long for check-in/check-out (upwards of 20 mins). No queue management , people jump queue and get served. Ask for help and wait 30 mins . Happened once with me and next day with another guest. No rationale on pricing. A cup of tea (in-room) costs nearly the same as breakfast (dine-in). Broken/old furniture. Not that they are understaffed, just that they have poorly trained staff. Waste of your hard earned money.

Our stay has always been excellent. Staff are great, food is wonderful and we love that the premises are neat, clean and modern. Only check in is time consuming but we're ok with it.

The room had a distinct smell of tobacco smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The staff did try to neutralize the smell. The restaurant food and staff were good. The reception desk staff weren't among the best I have experienced in my travels. The room, restaurants and the hotel in general needs some modernization. Overall, this is a below par property for its pricing and rating.
