The room was great and the staff was good too but the TV in the room was not working, the staff spent over an hour to fix the issue. The food was not good, asked for something but got something else.Expected more from the price we paid for the stay.

I was asked by your hotel before I arrived if I needed an airport pickup. I requested one, but the car never arrived. I even called the hotel after I landed at IGI, but my call wasn't answered. Upon reaching the hotel, all I received was a ton of lame excuses not becoming of a high star hotel- including " we will take care next time" ! Really?? Pride Plaza do better. Thanks,
