Rooms are worn out and a bit dirty. I had to ask for another room. The food at the restaurant is mediocre...a 4 out of a 10. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I suppose their focus is on passengers to and from the airport on a short stay. So there is no focus on services. Will never stay again at this property.

The only think I don’t like I went for breakfast and the housekeeper went to my room without my permission I told the manager she didn’t even apologize. All my belongings were in the room I don’t like it all then I think it’s not safety but it doesn’t look good

Very attentive staff, always willing to please. Our ‘Concierge’ RAUNAK helped out in numerous occasions including being extremely helpful when we needed to get medical care! Found various clinics, but made an instrumental suggestion of the Fortus hospital that was not just a great suggestion, but the experience at the hospital was exemplary!! We were treated like VIP’s Thanks Raunak! On the ‘culinary’ team, Sophia and Ravinder stuck out as shining stars, always helpful and smiling. The showed actual concern for our vacation enjoyment. Almost your entire team were a pleasure to be around. The only sad moment for us is when we arrived exhausted and extremely late (3am!). After check in we waited a long time for our bags (as you can imagine we just wanted to go to sleep!). After an extended period of time I forced myself back downstairs to the lobby to find 3-4 bell persons standing around my bags which were sitting in the same place as they were when we came in. As I approached my suitcases, one of the ‘bell-man” asked what my room number was! We were the only people in the hotel @ 3am!! I angrily’dragged’ my luggage back to my room. (sad). Their job is to get your bags to your room - that’s it! Other than that ‘initial’ experience….the Hotel was wonderful with a great Breakfast and such easy access to the ‘World Mark’ experience next door… Thanks: Donna and Mark

Room is spacious and clean. Room services are very quick and professional. And they do their best to accommodate any requests you make (eg. asking for a room closer to the elevator) Staff are really nice and courteous. They also remember you when you visit next and they do their best to make your stay and travel as smooth and comfortable as they can. Ever since my first visit, I’ve been staying here every time I come back to Delhi.
