Spacious and bright hotel lobby. Nice room with kitchenette and separate bedroom. Check-in process could be better as staff didn't seem to acknowledge you unless you were at the counter. Perhaps stanchions would encourage guests to line up rather than crowding the counter to see who can get the attention of staff first. There was construction next door so there was associated noise throughout the day, and with the room facing the river and a busy road, frequent vehicle horns can be heard.

One of the worst hotels . Room was filthy and toilet all mould around the sink area,staff were so rude sometimes. The aircon was not cooling at all Been to so many hotels around the world but never a hotel like this. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was conveniently located but the food was low quality with poor choices. Most of the food at the buffet was served the same daily and of low quality. Even the jam and peanut butter was watered down. Also they only provided 2 small bottled water when other 4-5 star provides 4 bottles for each room booked.

The room is compact, clean, and well-equipped. I booked through the Expedia app, but when I arrived, the hotel said they couldn’t find my reservation and were already fully booked. This was a rare situation that I had never experienced before. Fortunately, they were still able to arrange a room for me. The hotel has a small but very lovely gym. Breakfast was delicious and flavorful, and the dining staff were very polite and professional.

Room was clean and spacious, but the lack of power points was very inconvenient. I had to unplug the table lamps to charge my phone. Breakfast was average, food was not hot enough and was expecting more variety (not just korean). Lifts were very slow and the rooftop bar was disappointing- as cannot see much view. Staff was friendly and helpful and location is still great
