Superb

Very disappointed that when booking this hotel it wasn't clear that you have to pay £50 for a 2 hr slot for the spa. We just wanted to use the pool and the reason we booked this hotel. I have asked Hotels.com to clearly highlight this under the amenities tab rather hidden in the policies section which is pretty hard to find. The Hotel directly said there isn't anything they can do to reimburse us. Just wanted to make people aware!

Staff was great the room was nice and clean

The most immaculately clean dog friendly hotel room I have ever visited. Absolute bonus having the complimentary spa use, the pool was lovely and warm and the jacuzzi was a dream. The food from the bar was delicious with many gluten free options. Tasha served us our food and she was a star so helpful and friendly. The only suggestion I could give to improve is modernising the hallways a little and improving the appearance of the room windows from the outside as they looked a little underwhelming on first arrival, however these are just superficial things as they were perfectly clean and everywhere else looked beautiful!

Fantastic hotel, 4th visit cannot fault at all

Unfortunately my experience in room 414 last night was not good, there was an annoing continuous sound all night up above the room( not the air conditioning unit ss this was off) also the bed was unsteady. Each time my husband or i moved it disturbed the other person. This resulted in myself not having a good nights rest . Shame as all previous visits to the Grosvenor have been amazing .
