The rms were terrible, restroom was filthy. Has ants, mosquitoes and other flies in bathroom. When we ask about Services to clean the room. They said they don’t provide the cleaning service while the stay. They don’t provide fresh towels or nothing until unless you ask for it specifically. So, basically, we stayed in that dirty room for our whole stay.

Value for a reason

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast and dinner options on site are wonderful, including cocktails. The hotel is in need of extreme renovation when it comes to some common areas and rooms though.

Aweful service front desk Lady was really bad and never answered the phone I kept calling for about 10 minutes multiple calls and no answer, I called at 2:40 pm to ask for a shower curtain and never arrived and bathroom floor was wet. At 5pm we were walking out I asked the front counter gentleman and the engineer was there and he offer to take the shower curtain right away. Today 6-27-25 the safe had an old passcode and I had followed the directions to set up a pin but seemed it had the old code and my belongings were locked, I called same lady in the front desk took me 7 minutes calling and waiting multiple times until she answered and asked for the safe to be open to remove my belongings, after 90 minutes called again to request the safe to be opened and finally after almost 3 Hours in total they came to open the same. Worst experience ever and terrible service especially need to be calling for a long time for the front desk lady to answer the phone and also phone was old And missing a lot of buttons.

It was very dirty, unkempt and they ran out of toilet paper! A motel would have been better than this place. A man was in the lobby become his room was infested with ants. The entire place was just dirty and looked like it was falling apart.

I love the Hilton Brand but this place needs to lose its brand. The management is incompetent and they don’t clean your rooms, everything is broken, from poop floating on the surface swimming pool to diapers. Even if they paid you to stay here do not do it. By the way, there is only one (1) person working there for the whole circus .

They gave us a room in the 2nd floor but elevator isn't working and I was carrying my tall 3 year old daughter that was sleeping on my arms while also carrying 2 suitcases and 1 backpack. Receptionist didn't offer help or anything... just told us where the stairs were. Fine. It happens... but when we got to the room I see pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. Gross. I'm too tired to carry everything down again and ask for another room... there's also a spoiled orange in the fridge haha. I always had good experiences in this hotel chain.

Hotel stay was okay. Room was clean but outisde patio the garden wasn’t maintained. Hotel staff said cannot get free breakfast even in App I can see i have free breakfast. Couldn’t use my hilton credits to buy anything as hotel staff cannot buy food from it. Doesn’t make sense If i have credits which equivalent to money , i should be able to use it for anything
