First, was a six day stay. Initially only given one key card. Had to ask for extra. Then, every other day, both cards would not work. The excuse was "we must have had to close to cell phones". Our room, i don't know if it was low water pressure or what, but if you would turn water on, would make this noise. Noise was loud enough so anyone in the room would wake up out of sleep. The toilet flush would startle anyone in the room because it was so loud. We have cats. They would go trying to find a place to hide. The hard vinyl floor had cracks and holes. No microwave or refrigerator. I don't smoke. The room was suppose to be non smoking. You could smell the smoke in the air. My son and my wife was with me, i was so embarrassed by the conditions. I drink coffee in the mornings. I had to tell them the coffee was empty. It is right in front of there desk! Random drug addicts and prostitutes running around and i could not believe it because this hotel was in a well to do business district. I just kept the family out all day and just came back to sleep.

lamp didn’t work so the lighting was horrible. we had to open the windows for light but since our room was in front of the stairs everyone could see inside our room. floors were peeling off. bed sheets felt … humid ? they had a weird texture. there was no microwave or fridge. air conditioning was great. it’s good for the price.
