This place had a room for me that was clean but the furnishings haven’t been updated in quite a while. Bed was comfy and the shower had amazing water pressure once I figured it out. Price was great! But I’ll never stay here again because of the overpowering product they’re using as possibly a carpet deodorizer. It was so strong I could taste it in the back of my throat and was concerned my belongings were going to soak in the scent. I’m wondering what they’re trying to cover up?

You get what you pay for I guess- ripped carpet, scratched and broken furniture, large cracks in the shower, etc. Everything just felt dingy and gross. When I got to my room I found the toilet was running and wouldn’t stop, so I called the front desk and they switched me to a new room. The next room smelled like bad cologne (which somehow was at least better than the musty smell in the first room). There were people down the hallway in a room clearly having an altercation and there was a lot of on and off yelling. The next morning the police were in the hallway banging on someone’s door. This is a really old and not very well cared for building. As a solo woman traveler I didn’t feel unsafe but also didn’t feel as safe as I usually do in other hotels. The breakfast was fine- typical offerings and nice that it was free since most hotels don’t do that anymore. I’m not a high maintenance traveler, but I would not stay here again.

Very friendly, helpful and caring staff. Front-desk and guest services members were exceptional. The room had a distinct smoking odor because the previous guests had broken the hotel rule by smoking in a non-smoking room. Ernesto moved us to a different room the next day.

The service desk employee, Patrick was so polite and got us checked into our room quickly. The breakfast was great. Loved that they started serving at 6am. Hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint is, there was no microwave in our room. Not sure if they are in other rooms. But other than that, we will definitely stay there again when we visit.
