The resort is located in a beautiful place and we used the facilities which were well maintained. The rooms were clean but seemed a little worn. For example, the chairs around the table had leather which had split and the screen doors were stiff and unoiled. The restaurant is lovely but the food was mediocre and so were the cocktails. We loved it as a base to visit other areas around the region but the furnishings need to be updated.

Easy check in. I am not tfe type of person to get on my hands and knees looking for dust or paint missing off the shirting. Room was big enough, water was hot enough, air con worked well, sheets were clean. Yes would stay again.

Room was clean but I would suggest that a broom be included in the room to sweep the floors which become gritty after a couple of days. A dustpan and brush is provided but a broom is also needed to save elderly knees. All the staff I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. Beautiful grounds and room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were a little run down, especially the bathrooms. Our "spa tub" smelled like an electrical burning smell when we turned it on. So we only uaed it a few times. I appreciated having laundry available in the rooms. We used it every day. We were there for 8 nights and never had room service come, even though we were supposed to. So we quickly ran out of towels and shampoos. The front desk was very accommodating and gave us what we needed when I asked for it, though. It was a pretty easy check in and very easy check out. I liked the convenience of the pools and it was ver close to our favorite beach: Diggers Beach. All in all it was fine. Not sure we would book it again.

The Room was a total disappoint - the room has not had any work done in the last 20 years - dirty - with squashed cockroaches in kitchen shelf - mold on celling - rust stains down the walls - dust on wardrobe shelfs - spend 20 minutes wiping shelfs - windows full of dirt and mold - sliding doors full of dirt and mold - bathroom full full of mold and broken tiles - dirt on walls - full of scuff makes every where - wifi constantly dropped out - room 1118 do not book that room - staff helpful enough - we asked for a discount and provided pictures - we got a 10% discount which is not near anywhere satisfactory by having to stay in a run down dirty apartment - had a spa full with rust - absolute terrible to actually sell an apartment in such a state. When we booked originally we booked for 8 days and paid for 8 nights then we where told room is actually not available for 8 nights only 6 - we then had to find accommodation some where else for 2 nights. I am a senior manager in a Hotel - this was the worst accommodation we have stayed in ever !!!

The property itself is beautiful and well presented. Common areas were clean and well maintained, the pools were lovely, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and offered plenty to guests. Unfortunately, the economy room fell well below the standard implied by the listing and advertised photographs. The furniture, fixtures, and fittings were outdated and in poor condition. The bathroom required maintenance, with cracked tiles, a loose showerhead, a leaking sink tap, and visible mould. Cleanliness within the room was not to an acceptable standard, with significant dust throughout, including within the air conditioning unit. The room was also very cramped, with minimal usable space. Considering the high nightly rate, the condition of this room was disappointing. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, which further impacted the stay. While the property overall has many positive features, the economy room did not represent value for money at the price charged.

The view was great. The room was a good size and was clean. The young lady on reception was very good, and once past reception we had very little to do with the staff.
